report for the client covering all conditions, good and/or bad. We generate these reports on site or strive to return them to you promptly. Look for our bright orange brochure. Our brochure highlights our fee schedule,
service and some valuable information for your client. Please feel free to distribute these to your clients and to give us a call if additional brochures are needed. In most cases a complete home inspection will cost less than one minor repairto the home. It will alert a homebuyer to problems that may arise in the near future and may be taken care of by the seller before closing. We’ve discovered homebuyers are much more comfortable purchasing a home after an inspection, and it relieves the realtor of additional liabilities.
